Trygve Anderson is responsible for managing Elsevier’s Gold Standard Drug Database, MTM 360, MEDalternatives and clinical editorial tools. Mr. Anderson brings 30 plus years experience in healthcare automation with a primary focus on drug information and decisions support. Prior to joining Elsevier / Gold Standard in 2006, Mr. Anderson held a variety of positions with Siemens Medical Systems USA (formerly Shared Medical Systems) focusing on the development, installation and support of clinical and pharmacy systems software. Trygve’s professional background includes practicing pharmacy in both hospital and nuclear pharmacy settings. Mr. Anderson is also a Certified HIPAAA Security Professional (CHSP). Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1979.
